I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed with a lovely highway/business night view. The service was good overall, but there was a small issue with the access code. The hotel was very comfortable overall, but lacked USB ports for phone charging in the clean rooms. Although the check-in was delayed two hours past the 4 pm time due to a Green Bay game, the weekend stay was enjoyable. The location was amazing for both business and leisure, especially since it accommodates firefighters from all over the world. The dining experience was just okay for $15 on a Saturday morning, but included appreciated local Nagasaki rice.
